Ms. Kinert joined Wilcox Miller & Nelson in 2007 as career services consultant and works with individuals and groups on career planning, career transition, and career management issues.
In her professional career, Ms. Kinert has over 20 years of professional and business experience and was vice-president of sales and marketing for a division of an international financial institution. She has conducted numerous career/job search workshops at non-profit career centers and companies, and has been a featured speaker for job fairs job search organizations.
Ms. Kinert holds a Bachelor's degree from California State University, Northridge, a Master of Arts degree in Career Development from John F. Kennedy University, and a Certificate in Training from California State University, Sacramento and holds the MCDP designation of Master Career Development Professional.
Ms. Kinert is a member of several professional associations including the National and California Career Development Associations, The Capitol Chapter of The Association of Psychological Type and The Sacramento Human Resources Association.
