Ms. Lexin, Vice President with Wilcox Miller & Nelson joined the firm in 2008. She leads the human resources consulting practice and supports the executive search practice. Ms. Lexin specializes in public sector engagements, with over 20 years of California public agency human resources management experience. Prior to joining Wilcox Miller & Nelson, Ms. Lexin was the human resources director for a large full service municipality, a police department and a housing authority with workforces from 200 to 10,000. Ms. Lexin has also consulted to private employers in virtually every aspect of human resources. She has served as a member of a municipal housing and redevelopment board, a member of the California League of Cities Employee Relations Policy Committee, a member of a municipal information technology governance committee, a trustee of a pension board, and treasurer of a joint powers workers compensation authority. She is active in community philanthropic work in Sacramento.
