Ms. Hauptvogel joined Wilcox Miller & Nelson in 2007 as a Senior Executive Search Consultant working with organizational leaders and search committees to identify new talent for executive and board placements.

Prior to joining Wilcox Miller & Nelson, Ms. Hauptvogel spent seven years in the executive search industry in London, Great Britain and Frankfurt, Germany. She played a key role in identifying, interviewing, and presenting qualified executive candidates to client companies across a broad range of industries. Ms. Hauptvogel has analyzed markets in the United States and Europe for a variety of global search projects.
