TESTIMONIALS FROM EXECUTIVE SEARCH CLIENTS
AND CAREER TRANSITION CANDIDATES

“I…wanted to send you a brief note to let you know what a fantastic early start both Gary and Todd have had at Raley's. Both are already making a difference and it's refreshing to see the "fit" and how they are also challenging convention - in a good way. I have no doubt that they will be big contributors to our business. And - all that - thanks to the terrific work from you and your team! Accolades!”
-Joan Miszak, Raley’s Family of Fine Stores

“My consultant has been very professional and compassionate about my situation. She has been very encouraging and has given me some very useful tips. Also, the career design discussion with Alice was very helpful and reassuring.”
-Tony T.

"My consultant, and the staff at Wilcox Miller & Nelson were absolutely amazing while assisting me in my career transition. They were always there for me when I needed some prodding and were quick to acknowledge my efforts when the process was going good. I would not have been able to secure multiple jobs offers in less than 10 weeks without the awesome support of my consultant. Without a doubt, I would recommend their personal services to anyone who is looking to make a career transition.”
-David L.

“My consultant and everyone at the firm were fantastic and a big help to me. Well-organized and very professional.”
-Greg S.

“I reviewed the latest iteration of my resume and am thoroughly thrilled. In comparison to my former body of work it is light years ahead. The other thing that I have experienced through this process is the discovery of self worth. I have never been short of self-confidence, but because of circumstances, I was feeling less than adequate for the job search. Utilizing some of the resources you provided me and our phone conversations helped me to pull significant achievements from my career and I am surer than ever of my value to a hiring company. I’m eager to continue this process and look forward to our next meeting”
-Arlie R.

“I wanted to thank you for your help during my long job search. My network was very supportive and helpful for many months while looking during a bad economy. Thanks for all of the introductions you provided me in the community and offering me encouraging words when I needed them the most. I also wanted to express my high regard for you and your work. You are the one who got me through this thing (along with my wife, Diane) and you were always willing to help me with my situation. What a blessing to have the services of your firm when I really needed it. If I can ever help you out, please let me know.” -Dan M.

“I wanted to share my observations as a candidate and wish to commend you and your staff for the outstanding process put together. It has demonstrated the value of utilizing a professional search firm not just for candidate recruitment but also for how it impacts the candidate's views of the organization the firm is representing. As I have talked to friends that are applying for positions, it is clear that a poorly designed or executed process is significant to the enthusiasm of a candidate to continue to pursue or reapply with an organization in the future. While this may not have the same effect as during times of lower unemployment, it demonstrates to me the influence the process has on even highly qualified candidates and the reputation of the organization “on the street.”

In particular to my view of the process was Ms. Heyden's excellent work in keeping me, and I assume all candidates, informed throughout the process and confirming the receipt of materials. This was very reassuring to me as a candidate and something that does not seem to be a priority among most state and private hiring departments. As we discussed, the only uncertainty throughout the process was not having guidance on the length of the additional questionnaire. However, it is clear to me now that the lack of guidance provided an opportunity for you to judge the candidate's ability to make a reasoned judgment of what was an appropriate and relevant response, which will be a necessity for this position on a daily basis.

Thank you again for the opportunity and for the professionalism of you and your staff.”

Sincerely, Greg H.
