Rupinder Colby is an Executive Search Consultant and Project Manager. She has experience identifying and screening new executive talent for companies such as Reading Health System, Lucile Packard Children’s Hospital, and Texas Health Resources. Rupinder specializes in C-Suite, VP, and Board level recruitment and research. Rupinder received her Master of Public Health from the University of California at Berkeley in 2012.

Patricia brings 20+ years in the career development field. Her background includes working with executives and other professionals in Hi-Tech, Finance, Biotech, Consumer Products, Healthcare, Education, and Academia. Her expertise includes Job Search Strategy and Marketing Plan Development, including resumes, interviewing skills, and salary negotiation. As the Director of Career Services for MBAs at Berkeley’s Haas School of Business, Patricia worked with hundreds of students and alums to launch their careers.
Patricia earned her Master’s Degree in Career Development from John F. Kennedy University and has a Bachelor’s degree in Organizational Behavior from University of San Francisco. Patricia holds a certification with Career Partners International in Career Transition and is certified in the MBTI assessment.
David Schaefer handles many of the administrative and operational responsibilities at Wilcox Miller & Nelson. Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Schaefer was a professor at Sacramento City and Cosumnes River Colleges, teaching courses in Business, Marketing, Personal Finance, and Economics. He has managed the marketing, planning, and information technology functions at several Sacramento companies. Mr. Schaefer also has executive level experience in retail startups and healthcare administration. He has co-authored several editions of an advertising textbook, published by McGraw-Hill. Mr. Schaefer received a BA in economics from the University of California and an MBA from the Harvard Business School.
